The Track view makes it easy to arrange and mix your projects from a single view. From one location, you can select, copy, move, mix, and rearrange the parts of your project, using menu commands or drag-and-drop tools.Markers provide easy-to-use reference points and labels for the different parts of your project, and the snap grid makes it easy to align your clips to the desired time points.Slip-editing allows you to non-destructively change the start and/or end time of a clip, just by dragging its borders. Both the Track view and Console view have a full set of record and playback meters, which you can configure in several ways. SONAR also has a variety of tools and commands for changing the tempo of your project.Composite tracks allow you to keep all your takes in one track if you want, and selectively mute and solo the various clips in the track. Track folders let you edit multiple tracks at once and conserve screen space.
