Before you can upload your music to SoundCloud, you must grant Music Creator access to your SoundCloud account. This is referred to as authentication, and only needs to be performed once.

SoundCloud logo. Click to launch SoundCloud.com in your default web browser.
Disconnect. Disconnect from the SoundCloud service, which will de-authorize your SoundCloud account from Music Creator.
Connection Status. Shows the SoundCloud account name when connected to a valid SoundCloud account.
Title (required). Specify the title of the audio file you want to share. By default, this field is automatically populated with the name of the exported audio file. You must specify a title in order to upload the file to SoundCloud.
File Location. Shows the location of the selected audio file. Click the Browse button to select the audio file you want to share.
Genre. Specify the genre description for the audio file. This field is optional, and you can specify multiple genres by separating each name with a comma or space.
Tags. Specify searchable keywords to help other SoundCloud users find your audio files. This field is optional, and you can specify multiple keywords by separating each word with a comma or space.
Description. Specify an optional description of the audio file.
License. Specify an optional license setting for the audio file. The following options are available:
Track Type. Specify the track type of the audio file. The following options are available:
Artwork. Add a picture to accompany your audio file. You can use GIF, JPEG or PNG files up to 2 MB. Click the PLUS button to add artwork; click the MINUS button to remove the current artwork. The Music Creator logo is displayed by default.
Track Options. The following options let you specify how others can access your tracks on SoundCloud. You can decide if a track is public or private, and whether the track should be stream only or if the original track can be downloaded.
Make original downloadable. Enable this option to give other users permission to download your audio file from SoundCloud. Otherwise, the audio file can only be streamed from SoundCloud.
Make track private. When you upload a track to SoundCloud, you have two options for how you want to share it with other users. By default, your audio file is “public”, which means anyone can listen to your track. If you prefer to have complete control over who has access to your tracks and who doesn't, select the Make track private option. A “private” track is only available to specific users you give access to.
Message. Add a short message to accompany song posts on Facebook and Twitter. If this field is empty, the text in the Description field will accompany the song post. Your message can be up to 119 characters. HTML is not supported in the Message.
Sharing Options. When you upload a song to SoundCloud, you can choose to also send automatic “push” notifications to your linked Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. You must configure your Facebook and/or Twitter setting using the account management tools at SoundCloud.com first before being able to share on Facebook and/or Twitter. The following sharing options are available:
Share on Facebook. Enable this option to share your sounds on your Facebook profile. The name of the primary connected Facebook account is shown next to the Setup link. If selected, the Make track private option will be disabled when you share on Facebook.
■ Setup. Click to configure access to your Facebook account using the account management tools at SoundCloud.com.
Share on Twitter. Enable this option to share your sounds on your Twitter profile. The name of the primary connected Twitter account is shown next to the Setup link. If selected, the Make track private option will be disabled when you share on Twitter.
■ Setup. Click to configure access to Twitter using the account management tools at SoundCloud.com.
Share. Click to upload the audio file to SoundCloud.
Cancel. Close Cakewalk SoundCloud without uploading the selected sound.
Help. Launch the SoundCloud online Help.
