The initial factory version of Dimension Pro (version 1.0) was available as a DXi, VSTi , AU or RTAS synth only. No microhost was installed. With this being the case, a host application such as SONAR, Logic, or Pro Tools was required in order to launch it.

The latest stand-alone installer for Dimension Pro version 1.5 also installs the microhost so the application can be launched separately if desired.

On Windows computers, this is typically found in one of the following locations by default:

• C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Dimension Pro\Dimension Pro.exe or Dimension Pro x64.exe
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Dimension Pro\Dimension Pro.exe

On Mac OS X, this can be located by going to Applications > Cakewalk > Dimension Pro and clicking on Dimension Pro to launch.
