The Start Screen has undergone many improvements based on user feedback. Versions of SONAR that were released before the Lexington update may no longer display projects as expected in the Start Screen. In order to get the best experience, please install the most recent SONAR update either through the Cakewalk Command Center or your Cakewalk account in order to take advantage of the following new features, other fixes and workflow enhancements:

• Shorter project load times
• Faster audio file import times
• Performance and speed optimizations in other core areas of the program
• Pinning projects to the Start Screen from other areas of SONAR
• Checking that projects are available on disk before displaying them on the Start Screen
• A Start Screen list view
