Cakewalk® Releases French, German, and Japanese Editions of SONAR 3.0
BOSTON, MA (November 11, 2003)—Cakewalk, developer of the world's best-selling music and sound software for Windows-based PCs, is pleased to announce localized language versions of SONAR 3.0 are now available in French, German, and Japanese through Edirol distribution partners. These localized versions of SONAR 3 Producer and Studio Editions have been released in direct response to high demand from professional musicians and producers in the global market. SONAR 3.0 was unveiled at the Audio Engineering Society show in New York last month and was concurrently released in its English-language version.

SONAR 3 Studio Edition is a special version of SONAR 3 designed for project studios and aspiring professionals. SONAR 3 Studio Edition is built upon the same core engine and feature set of the SONAR 3 Producer Edition and includes the "LE" light version of the Lexicon® Pantheon™ Reverb. The SONAR 3 Studio Edition does not include per-channel EQs, assignable channel FX controls, VSampler 3.0 DXi and Additional CDs of sample content, and Ultrafunk Sonitus:fx Suite.
