Drag & Drop is not allowed when in Administrator mode

Under Windows Vista and later, drag & drop functionality is disabled when running pyro Audio Creator in Administrator mode.
In other Cakewalk software, running the program as administrator will block dragging and dropping from the Windows File Explorer into SONAR.
